37 years of experience in the steam turbine industry
Began in 1987 dealing primarily with sales of steam turbines imported from USA for the palm oil industry. As the sales of our steam turbines increased, we started manufacturing and assembling steam turbines in Malaysia with our partner company in USA. Hence, the existence of Prime Steam Turbine since 1996.
In 2014, Jasa Aman Engineering have acquired the Prime steam turbine division rights from our principal company in USA and have since then been functioning as an independent entity for the manufacturing, assembly and packaging of Prime steam turbines.
Over the years, Prime turbine
has become well known in the industry for reliability, lower cost, minimal and simple maintenance, rugged and robust construction. We have sold numerous turbines in the 100 to 6000 kilowatts range and have capabilities of producing more than 15,000 kilowatts. Our turbines are standardized, but each turbine is custom made according to customer specifications. Prime turbines are now used in palm oil mills, wood-based industries and rice mills in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Pakistan, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Congo, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Italy, Poland, Spain, Ukraine, South America, North America, etc.
The success story from our experience in rotating equipment have also expanded our business into other products such as compressor, gearbox, gas engine, decanter and pump. We have complete facilities in Malaysia and Indonesia that can provide our customers with a complete one stop shop solution for the sales & services of all rotating equipment.
